Come sweat the night away on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. There will be two types of classes offered, each one guaranteed to make you sweat.

If want to get a great physical and mental workout, then CORE is for you!
Each class will be 45 minutes long. The first 30 minutes will be dedicated to the principles of the classes being offered with the last 15 minutes dedicated to deep stretch and brief mediation. The purchase of your ticket includes use of a yoga mat and towel. Just bring water!
